Council is required to make various documents available to the public. These documents include:
- Agendas and Minutes of Council meetings excluding parts of meetings closed to the public;
- Annual Report
- Annual Budget
- Council Plan
- Councillor Code of Conduct
- Details of overseas and certain interstate travel by Councillors and Officers in the previous 12 months
- Register of Delegations made under sections 11(8) and 47(7) of the Local Government Act 2020. The Instruments of Delegation made under the Local Government Act 2020 are available here:
- Details of all leases involving land entered into by Council as lessor, including the lessee and the terms and the value of the lease
- Donations and grants made by Council during the financial year
- Register of Authorised Officers under Section 224 of the Local Government Act 1989
- Election Campaign Donations
- Summary of Personal Interest Returns
