Payment Options

You can pay for our services in a number of ways. These may vary depending on the payment you want to make. \

Currently we offer the following:

  • Payment in person at our Municipal Office - 59 Vincent Street, Ararat
  • Credit card payment over the phone with the Customer Service team
  • Via Council's Greenlight online portal for Building and Planning services
  • Credit card payment online for select services. List of services will expand in the near future.
     


Refunds

Refunds will be provided where a payment has been made in error. This includes accounts that have been overpaid.

All refunds will be released at our discretion. No other refunds are payable. Please refer to Council's Refund Policy below.
