The Victoria Police Blue Ribbon Foundation perpetuates the memory of members of Victoria Police killed in the line of duty by giving financial support to worthwhile community projects within Victoria. Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based organisation, providing emergency assistance to minimise the impact of emergencies and strengthen the community’s capacity to plan, respond and recover, when emergencies occur.
