From escaped livestock to a fresh pothole, Council is keen to hear of any issues you’ve noticed within the community which need our attention.
By reporting the issue directly into our user-friendly ticketing system, you’ll ensure it’s seen as quickly as possible – by the people who can solve the problem as soon as possible!
Simply visit ararat-portal.councilwise.com.au and fill out a short form specifying the issue, its location, and any relevant details. You can even include photos for a clearer picture.
Your ticket will be automatically assigned a reference number which you can use to check its status – but you can also request Council contact you by phone or email, with the simple marking of a box.
If you prefer the traditional email route, you can still send your maintenance requests directly to [email protected], and one of our Customer Service representatives will create the ticket on your behalf.
Council is committed to addressing all reported issues as promptly as possible. Communicating your concerns helps us prioritise repairs and ensure a well-maintained environment for everyone in our community.
“It’s fantastic that Council have an easy way for residents to report these issues,” says Ararat Rural City Council CEO Dr Tim Harrison. "We want to empower residents to quickly and easily share concerns.”
