Paying homage to his all-time favourite blues songs, beloved rock n’ roll singer-songwriter DIESEL (Mark Lizotte), is bringing his intimate two-set solo concert to Ararat on March 10.
With the release of his album ALONE WITH BLUES, which debuted at #10 on the ARIA Album Chart, DIESEL is set to take his show beyond NSW to cherry-picked theatres across Victoria next March, including Ararat Town Hall.
Artist DIESEL said, “This show is arguably the most encompassing concert performance and song collection I've curated to date.
“It makes for an uplifting experience for both the audience and myself. I feel they are getting ALL of me with this one. I simply had to bring it to more towns. Like unfinished business but way more fun. The sing-a-longs are epic!”
Ararat Town Hall Performing Arts Coordinator Tim Lewis is thrilled to have the prodigiously talented songwriter and guitarist perform on the Ararat Town Hall stage next year.
“DIESEL is arguably one of Australia’s most gifted musicians – the audience will be impressed by his ability for musical storytelling, and he brings a unique blend of rock, soul, and blues to the mix,” Mr Lewis said.
“We’re putting finishing touches on the Ararat Town Hall’s 2023 program – it’ll be great to kick off the new year with a hit performance.”
DIESEL will perform at the Ararat Town Hall on Friday, 10 March 2023. Doors open from 7.30pm, show starts at 8.00pm. Ticket prices range from $81 – $107.
